Whatnot Rewards Club: Enhancing Buyer-Seller Interactions

Whatnot has taken a revolutionary step in enhancing the buyer-seller experience by launching the Rewards Club. This loyalty program is innovatively designed to simplify transactions, track interactions, and offer exciting rewards and recognition to both buyers and sellers.

**What is Rewards Club?**

The Rewards Club is an achievement-based loyalty program that benefits sellers by helping them grow their businesses while providing buyers with a platform to earn rewards. It operates continuously, making it easy for users to participate and fostering deeper connections between buyers and sellers to increase repeat purchases.

**Customizable for Sellers**

Understanding that every seller’s business is unique, the Rewards Club allows sellers to customize their loyalty program to align with their specific community and business goals. This flexibility ensures that each seller can tailor the program to suit their individual needs.

**Program Structure**

The Rewards Club consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier requires a specific number of achievements to unlock, with the criteria set by the seller. Achievements may include watching shows, making purchases, or reaching specific spending thresholds.

**Rewards and Benefits**

Members can earn a variety of rewards and benefits by unlocking different tiers, such as status badges, coupons (dollar-based, percentage-based, free shipping), and access to exclusive shows reserved for higher-tier members. Participation is automatic upon completing the required achievements.

**Seasonal Resets**

To keep the program engaging and dynamic, Rewards Club resets every three months, allowing sellers to refine and enhance their offerings regularly. The seasonal schedule follows the winter, spring, summer, and fall calendar, providing sellers with opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Why It’s Customizable**

The Rewards Club’s customizable nature allows sellers to tailor the program according to their unique requirements and business strategies, ensuring maximum engagement and effectiveness in rewarding buyer interactions.

**Managing Tiers and Achievements**

Sellers have the authority to set achievements that buyers must accomplish to access higher tiers within the Rewards Club. Sellers can initiate their programs at any time during a season and make adjustments at the end of each season to optimize performance.

**Beta Testing and Launch**

The Rewards Club is currently in beta testing until August 31, with the official launch of Season 1 scheduled for September 1. During the beta phase, sellers can modify their tiers and cancel programs by contacting their Account Manager or Whatnot Support.

**Getting Started**

Sellers interested in participating in the Rewards Club can join the waitlist for early access to editing tiers for the upcoming Season 1 launch. Visit the Whatnot platform to sign up and stay updated on program developments.

**Seller Requirements**

To be eligible to join the Rewards Club, sellers must meet specific criteria, including processing a minimum number of orders, earning a set revenue threshold, maintaining a positive seller rating, and adhering to the platform’s guidelines and policies.

**For Buyers**

Buyers are automatically enrolled in a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase. Managing coupons, rewards, and tier progress is made convenient through the Rewards Club overview page, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Tracking Achievements**

Achievements are tracked based on the total amount spent, inclusive of taxes and shipping costs. However, discounts applied through coupons do not contribute to spending achievements, maintaining a fair and transparent rewards system.

**Privacy and Visibility**

Members have the option to display or hide their Rewards Badges during live shows, respecting their privacy preferences while positively engaging with the Rewards Club community.

**Questions and Support**

As the Rewards Club is introduced, Whatnot offers dedicated support and assistance to users. For any inquiries or guidance on the program, users are encouraged to reach out to the Whatnot support team for prompt assistance.
